
Randy Jayne Rosenberg
Executive Director and Chief Curator
Randy brings to each project an academic and professional background as an international exhibiting artist, art therapist, educator and curator. She has provided curatorial and art consulting services worldwide for more than 30 years to a range of international and cultural organizations, including The World Bank, International Finance Corporation and the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace. She holds both Master’s in Art Therapy and Master of Fine Arts degrees.
Alesha Martinez
Registrar
Alesha has had extensive experience working at the San Francisco-based Asian Art Museum, the Natural World Museum and the Dean Lesher Center for the Arts in the area of art object management, travel logistics of exhibitions, budget management and contract review in her role as Registrar. Alesha maintains the AWFC Facebook page and has a great interest in social media. She has an Art History degree, with honors, from University California, at Davis .
Susan Mensah
Project Manager
Susan has worked with international development organizations both in the UK and Ghana, including Plan UK and UN Women, and has been involved in a wide range of initiatives to promote human rights and gender equality. As Project Manager, Susan is responsible for the coordination, management and implementation of exhibitions. She has an academic background in Human Rights & Social Anthropology and is a post-graduate student in Gender, Education & International Development at the Institute of Education in London.

Amanda Dittami
Game Designer and Technical Advisor
Amanda conveys artistic meaning and social relevance through gameplay. Schooled in a variety of software and engines, she has cultivated a knowledge of game design, level design, team and project management and web design. As our project game designer for AWARE/OWARE, Amanda brings experience in the realm of girls and gaming. She was a leader in the 3G Summit: The Future of Girls, Gaming and Gender; and co-taught girls how to use research, technology, and social media for a social cause.

Amy Logan
Communications, PR and Marketing
Amy is an entrepreneurial communications expert with more than 20 years of experience as a reporter and writer. Her expertise lies in producing effective media, web, video and business communications as well as running publicity campaigns. Her novel, “The Seven Perfumes of Sacrifice,” a women’s thriller about the search for the origins of honor killing and the divine feminine in the Arab world, was published in 2012 by Priya Press.
